What we will and won’t do
- We are HR advisers, not lawyers. For disputes already at court or before a labour officer, we refer you to an employment lawyer.
- We write documents you can actually use, not long templates nobody reads.
Questions people ask
Yes. Most of our HR projects are for employers with fewer than 50 staff.
We write them in line with the Employment Act 2007 and current statutory requirements. For legal disputes, we refer you to an employment lawyer.
After a short review we agree a fixed scope and price in writing.
Every project ends with a short handover session. Longer training can be added to the scope.
