What it costs

The first consultation is free.

Our service fee: [to be confirmed by Urban Careers]. We tell you the full fee in writing before you pay anything.

Institution, test and visa fees are paid directly to those bodies, never to a person.

What we will and won’t promise

  • No agency can guarantee an admission, a scholarship or a visa. Institutions and embassies decide.
  • We never help with fake documents or borrowed bank statements. They lead to refusals and can lead to bans.
  • If a course or country doesn’t fit your results or budget, we tell you before you pay application fees.

Questions people ask

[Study destinations to be confirmed by Urban Careers.] Ask us about the country you have in mind.

It depends on the country, the institution and the course. We give you a full estimate of tuition, living costs and fees for your shortlist before you apply.

Most institutions in English-speaking countries ask for an English test. Many accept IELTS, TOEFL iBT or the Duolingo English Test, but not all accept all three, so we check what your institution and visa route accept.

It depends on the country and your visa conditions, which change. We explain the current rules for your destination from official sources.

Ideally several months before your intake, because tests, applications and visas all take time. [Recommended lead time to be confirmed.]
